Floor and Vault

This discipline consists of Floor and Vault.

As the name suggests it is a Competitive Squad that competes on Floor and Vault.

The Floor and Vault squad is in its infancy but we are excited at the opportunity of offering this additional discipline to our current squad timetable, and are looking forwards to watching how it grows and develops.

Our floor and vault squad will be training  Saturdays 1:00pm-3pm, with a view to add an additional session during the week.  Working hard towards competing within the London Gymnastics GFA competitions, which offers both a challenging and rewarding programme for them to follow.

PLEASE NOTE: Gymnasts are arranged into groups closely matched by capability, and are therefore smaller than the recreational groups.  Fees for Squad gymnasts vary depending upon an individual gymnast’s actual hours of training, and parents are notified of the precise amount before accepting a place in the squad.
