Jamaica has been in the sport of gymnastics for around 12 years. During this time she competed for her club regionally which she enjoyed.

She also did athletics when Jamaica was in school which she enjoyed, athletics aided in her training for gymnastics.

Leaving school Jamaica went on to train to in physiotherapy. She is is now a fully qualified and practising physiotherapist with a specialism in MSK injuries.

Jamaica has sucessfully passed her Level 1 WA and preschool course and we are excited to see more of the energy she brings to the kids and the club.

She is now looking to complete her level 2 WA and is now volunteering her knowledge to the london region as trauma support for competitions. We are very proud of her!
