Jas was a competitive gymnast for 6 years, competing in many parts of the UK. Her personal favorite apparatus was floor ensuring she tumbled numerous times a day, flick after flick, she said it was the highlight of her day.

She loves that she has been given the opportunity to coach gymnasts, watch them progress and motivate them to their full potential.
