🎉 Celebrating Coach Chelsea: Our First Ever Apprentice Completes Her British Gymnastics Coaching Apprenticeship

We are incredibly proud to celebrate a huge milestone in our club’s history — Chelsea has officially completed her Level 4 Sports Coach Apprenticeship with British Gymnastics, becoming our very first apprentice to do so.
This achievement is more than a qualification. It represents dedication, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping young gymnasts grow in confidence and skill.
🌟 Chelsea’s Journey
From the moment she joined us, Chelsea brought warmth, patience, and a natural ability to connect with gymnasts of all ages. Over the course of her apprenticeship, she has:
• Developed her coaching skills through hands‑on experience and formal British Gymnastics training
• Supported classes across the club with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Built strong relationships with gymnasts, parents, and coaches
• Grown in confidence as a leader and role model
Coach Chelsea was also invited to attend a British Gymnastics Residential event. This event gave Coach Chelsea the opportunity to visit Lilleshall National Sports Centre, the home of British Gymnastics, to receive bespoke training from the National Governing Body. Sessions included practical sessions, guest talks by gymnastics Olympians, sessions by subject matter experts on inclusion, nutrition, youth voice and more. Chelsea also had the opportunity to see the Seniors at British Championships!💫 Her journey has been inspiring to watch — not just for our coaching team, but for the gymnasts who look up to her every week.
